CED Printer List
Notes
- Service, Replenishment, and Support Hours: Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM, except on UC Berkeley administrative holidays
- CED Computing + Printing Account is required to print to these devices
- Roll Paper: Wide-format inkjet printers (a.k.a. "plotters") in all locations except room 477 are loaded with 36"-wide rolls of 24 lb. bond, coated inkjet paper; the device in room 477 is loaded with 36” satin photo paper
- Sheet Paper: All laser printers are loaded with 8.5” x 11” (a.k.a. “Letter” size), 20 lb. bond paper and 11” x 17” (a.k.a. “tabloid” or “ledger” size), 20 lb. bond paper.
- Web Print a PDF file from your personal computer by uploading it to PaperCut. While on campus, your computer must be connected to the UC Berkeley network (Wi-Fi or Ethernet). While off campus, your computer must be connected to the UC Berkeley VPN.
- Direct Print by logging into a nearby CED computer and then opening and printing your file in its native application.
