The University's FERPA guidelines are clear about disclosure rules for student records. These records include student coursework. As a result, the University has set up a number of FERPA approved file sharing options for Faculty to use for uploading/downloading coursework and files for students.

  1. Bcourse Project Sites: 2gb file storage per class
  2. Google BDrive: unlimited file storage
  3. Box Accounts: unlimited file storage (capable of multiple box accounts via Special Purpose Accounts for each class providing infinite file storage).
